This was the fourth trip with me for Ron & Gracie Crotwell of Palahatchie, Mississippi. The weather forecast for this trip was great, calling for winds 10-15 and seas 1-2, but what we got were winds 15-20 and seas 2-6. We tried to make the best of it and caught quite a few fish, but not alot of keepers. Ronald hooked up a nice black tip shark that was around 6 feet long and better than 100 pounds. He did a great job landing it on the Tiagra 16 geared with 30 pound line. We only brought home 3 snapper, but it was a fun trip. Total trip encompassed 58 miles and 11 hours.
