Photos show the box crease that coincides with the mainboard damage. It appears something heavy was placed on top of the package causing the damage. I know it did not happen on my end as I recieved the package directly from UPS and it was placed in my shop on a shelf until I opened it 2 days later to discover the damage. The packing slip was scanned and put here for any information you may need for the transaction.
Please help me get a replacement as soon as possible. This customer has been waiting for a while. I initially ordered from another Vendor who after over a week said they could not fill the order. I then ordered from Blue Raven and now have this problem. The UPS Tracking Number is 1Z 155 35X 03 0906 372 8
