This trip was planned ahead, but the weather was not cooperating. Nice flat weather several days before and several days after, but winds and seas picked up for the trip. The Christians came down from Memphis and the Elkins from North Carolina and they really wanted to give it a try. Only saving grace was the rain stayed to the east. But we were still forced to fish in close and that hurt our snapper quota. The trigger fish were thick, but most were too small to keep (about 10-11 inches). We ended up with about 9 triggers and 4 snapper. Not too sporty, but everyone seemed to have fun with all the action and surprisingly, nobody got sea sick which is always a good thing.
