Out on a USM Data Recorder retrieval trip, Jason Jones caught this nice 17 pound Red Snapper on a Jig-a-Leaux Primo Eel made by Patrick Quave. We retrieved Recorders from FH-14, FH-4, FH-3, and FH-12. Then we tried some fishing on the way in. Also below is a video of the FH-12 retrieval that shows some descent fish populations rebounding on that reef.
