I was getting some medical attention for the dog bite. They are asking me if the dog has had his shots. Do you know?

I'm calling the owner I no she had them last year because I give her the shot

I am being advised to get some kind of documentation about a rabies shot. If I can't get that they were telling me I need to report the bite to authorities. I'd Rather not do that. So please let me know the status

I have about 10 minutes that I can talk if you want to talk. But I really want the contact for the dog owner. I need to know if the dog had rabies shot or not. I really don't want to go through all the shots but they tell me I burst if there's no documentation.

Thanks. They said I would still have to go thru the shots cause by the time the dog showed any symptoms, it would be too late to save me. I hate their scare tactics. On top of that the wound has a staph infection. I have to start going to wound care in the morning. This really sucks.
