This was a trip to visit my Sister Teresa Szabo in Littleton, Colorado and to attend my neice Mia's graduation from MSU Denver (Metropolitan State Univsersity). It was great to connect with Family after 14 or 15 years since our last visit, meeting Sean Barrett who married my niece Erin last year, and seeing my nephew Dan Shields after such a long time. On the first day, we visited Lookout Mountain and the Buffalo Bill Museum followed by lunch at the White Chocalate Grill. The second day was Graduation ceremonies at the Coloroado Convention Center followed by a sweet meal at Maggiano's and then a downtown Denver tour with Erin & Sean. That evening we had a graduation party at my sister's home. The third day we took a drive up to Estes Park in the mountains and enjoyed a nice snow fall that wasn't too overbearing. We didn't see any of the Elk we went to see, but after returning, we saw a nice large buck just sitting next to the road munching on some grass. This was after the spectacular Church Christmas Celebration we witnessed. We went home the next day and it appears in the nick of time as a more severe snow storm blanketed the area the next day cancelling all flights. It was a great visit.
