This was a Spearfishing Charter by Jeff Munson and Rodney Brewer from the Dallas Texas area. Paul worked the deck. The water has been exceptionally clear lately so we started our venture on the Mike Jenner Tug Boat in FH-13. This structure is in about 89 feet of water and rises to about 50 feet. It didn't have many gamefish on it due to so much pressure close in but it was an enjoyable wreck dive. From there we ventured south to the G-Rig Air Force Tower and then ran shrimp boats down and back to block MP178. We also found some sargassum patches along the way, one of which had several small Triple Tail on it (No Keepers). We shot mangroves and cobia and had plenty of meat when we returned. One Shrimp Boat had a large Bull Shark hooked on a line that snapped when they tried to pull him over. He broke off and sank to the bottom. It was a fun day that encompassed 150.4 miles, 85.6 gallons of fuel, and 13 hours.
