This was a quick run out to FH-13 for a visit to the Southern Star Shrimp Boat. Two of my boys, Paul and Luke came along, but Paul stuck to fishing only. The visibility was not too great but it was nice to get wet after finally getting some calm weather. Water temp was 66 degrees. However, the fog also accompanied the low winds but it also provided some unique photo ops. We landed a few red snapper for fun and Luke speared a Cobia. Total trip encompassed 53.6 nautical miles, 22.9 gallons of fuel, and 5 hours.
