This started as a reef monitoring Dive Trip for MGFB but ended up being more of a fishing trip due to the murky water conditions below 50 feet. It was just me and my 14 year old son Luke. The Snapper were biting well. We must have caught and released around 400 pounds of these "endangered" fish between just the two of us. Average weight was probably around 8 pounds with a couple topping 16 pounds. We had an enjoyable Trip with Luke boating a nice Cobia at the end of the day to cap it off.
