During our Weekend Trip, we stayed at the Hotel Defuniak Springs Bed & Breakfast which is about 16 miles to the West of Vortex Spring in Defuniak Springs, FL. It was a great place to stay and Supper was excellent. I had the Ribeye Alexander and highly recommend it. We had a live Saxaphone Player too! I have made the trip to Vortex, Morrison's, and Ponce de Leon many times, but never stopped in Defuniak Springs before. They have an interesting natural round Lake there with both springs and sinks. I hear it is one of only two naturally perfect round Lakes in the country.
