This was a solo trip by Don Luedke of Gautier with my son Paul (16) working the Deck. Don had some GPS numbers off Dauphin Island that he wanted to check out. Most of the numbers did not pan out, but a couple did and we had no problem limiting out on some good sized red snapper. I made a dive on one that was a large culvert. I also dove a rig on the way back in, but current and poor visibility plagued that dive. Total trip encompassed 95 nautical miles, 55 gallons of fuel, and 9 hours.
