With Red Snapper regulations pretty much bringing my Charters to a halt, I need to find some other options. Diving visibility in our area is hit and miss so this was a pilot trip, pulling my boat to Orange Beach and running out 32 miles to the Oriskany Air Craft Carrier off Pensacola. Following that dive we hit the YDT-14 Dive Tender Vessel. We certainly found good Diving and enjoyed the Dolphins enroute and at the YDT-14. We made this a day trip, but it was a long day and may be more enjoyable if we had a place to shower and spend the night. However, it was do-able so book yourself a trip. Total trip encompassed 80.6 miles, 47.5 Gallons of fuel ($120), and 11 hours plus about 4 hours of road time.
