This was primarily a Diving Trip by Michael O'Connor of Pass Christian and Ben Powell of Carriere, Mississippi. Tropical Storm Edouard was just making landfall around Beaumont and things were still kicked up a bit. We started at the South end of FH-13, but visibility was terrible, so we had to go further South to look for cleaner water. We hit Rig VK-113 but it did not get much better, so we proceeded on to Rigs MP38 and MP37. It wasn't great there, but it was diveable. A few fish were shot and we also caught some on Rod and Reel. Overall it was a fun filled day on the water. Total trip encompassed 13 hours, 102 miles, and 60.2 gallons of fuel.
