It was time for my youngest son "Luke" to get his Diver Certification. He had just turned 10 on May 27 and was eager to explore the underwater world with a tank on his back. His Mother Pam took the course with him to freshen up her skills. This was the weekend for them to checkout and it was held at the Destin Jetties. Betty Best, their Instructor from the Dive Shop, did an excellent job of training them and the other students. After all the skills were tested, we took a leisure dive on the rocks.
