This was a charter by Adam Waits and Tom McInstosh from Gulfport. My sons Ben and Paul worked the deck. Seas were a good bit choppier than the forecast, but we worked over a few wrecks in FH-13. Then we proceed to rigs and wrecks to the southeast, looping around to the east hitting some rigs, well heads, the Fox, the Charles Bosarge, Capt. Joe, Blue Wing, etc. The bite was not heavy and cleaning the fish revealed very full stomachs on all fish, mostly consisting of mantis shrimp and crabs. We sighted a large hammerhead shark but could not get him interested. We had some fun with catching Blue Runners and watching the Barracuda slice them up at boatside. Not a real heavy "Meat" trip, but we caught enough for some nice meals and had a great day on the water. Total trip encompassed 94.4 miles and 13 hours.
